Our tool rooms are fully equipped with CNC machines, grinders, and wire EDMs. Our expert tool makers skillfully create and maintain our tools to ensure the highest quality standards.

## Tool Design Expertise

NN Inc.’s Tool Design engineering can take customer component drawings and concepts and create a tool design to bring them to fruition. Our expertise in blanking, forming, drawing, shaving, coining, and extruding processes allows us to develop tools for even the most complex components. We use the latest design tools and computer-aided manufacturing to reduce lead times

## Progressive Tool Manufacturing

NN Inc.’s Tool Room is fully equipped with CNC machines, surface grinders, and Wire EDM machines to produce the tools we design. This capability is critical for reducing lead times and maintaining the quality required to produce complex tools with the precision needed to meet tight tolerances for our customers’ components. It enables us to quickly conduct multiple tool trials to determine the optimal process, especially when working with difficult materials.
