Richard D. Holder
President and Chief Executive Officer

Rich Holder was named President and Chief Executive Officer in June 2013. Prior to joining NN, he held a variety of leadership positions at Eaton Corporation, a diversified global leader in power management and electrical systems. He most recently served as President of Eaton Electrical Components, a division of Eaton’s electrical sector. Other leadership positions at Eaton include his roles as Executive Vice President of Eaton Business System, Vice President and General Manager of the power distribution and assemblies division, and Vice President of supply chain and operational excellence. Prior to joining Eaton, Holder served as director of aircraft and technical purchasing for US Airways and also held a variety of leadership positions at AlliedSignal and Parker Hannifin.

Thomas C. Burwell, Jr.
Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

Tom Burwell joined NN in 2005 and was appointed Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer in November 2016. He joined the Company as corporate controller in September 2005 and was promoted to Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer and Corporate Controller in 2011. Prior to joining NN, Burwell held various positions at publicly traded multi-billion dollar UK textile and clothing conglomerate Coats Viyella, PLC from 1997 to 2005, ultimately becoming the Vice President of finance for the US industrial division. While at Coats, his financial experience related to manufacturing and costing, product line profitability, process improvement, mergers and acquisitions, and integration. From 1992 to 1997, he held various positions at the international accounting firm BDO Seidman, LLP. Burwell is a certified public accountant and has extensive experience in public accounting, auditing and advising publicly traded US and European companies.

Matthew S. Heiter
Senior Vice President and General Counsel

Matt Heiter joined NN in July 2015 as Senior Vice President and General Counsel. Prior to joining NN, he was a shareholder in the law firm of Baker, Donelson, Bearman, Caldwell and Berkowitz, P.C., where he served as chair of the firm’s Securities Practice Group. Heiter is a graduate of Vanderbilt Law School and has earned numerous honors while in private practice, including being listed in Best Lawyers in America and Chambers USA.

John A. Manzi
Senior Vice President – General Manager, Precision Engineered Products Group

John Manzi was appointed Senior Vice President and General Manager of the Precision Engineered Products Group in October 2015. Manzi previously served as President and CEO of Precision Engineered Products (PEP), LLC prior to NN acquiring the company. He began his career as a design and manufacturing engineer, later joining PEP’s largest business unit, Brainin, as Engineering Manager, where he was later promoted to Vice President of Operations. In 2008, Manzi was appointed Executive Vice President of Brainin and was subsequently promoted to President of Brainin worldwide in 2010. In May 2013, Manzi was appointed to President and Chief Operating Officer of PEP, followed by promotion to President and Chief Executive Officer in January 2014.

Warren Veltman
Senior Vice President – General Manager, Autocam Precision Components Group

Warren Veltman was appointed Senior Vice President and General Manager of the Autocam Precision Components Group in September 2014. Veltman previously served as Chief Financial Officer of Autocam Corporation from 1990 and secretary and treasurer since 1991, until NN acquired the company in 2014. Prior to Autocam, he was an audit manager with Deloitte & Touche.

James R. Widders
Senior Vice President – Integration and Corporate Transformation

JR Widders was named Senior Vice President of Integration and Corporate Transformation in September 2014. In 2010, Widders was appointed Vice President and General Manager of the Precision Metal Components Division and had 13 years of service at Whirlaway prior to its acquisition by NN. Widders served as Vice President and General Manager at Technifab, Inc., a manufacturer of molded foam components for the aerospace industry and held various management positions with GE Superabrasives, a division of General Electric.

J. Robbie Atkinson
Vice President – Strategy and Investor Relations

Robbie Atkinson joined NN in 2014 and was appointed Vice President of Strategy and Investor Relations in 2017. Upon joining the company, he served as Vice President, Corporate Treasurer & Investor Relations. Prior to joining NN, Atkinson had been with Regions Bank, one of the nation’s largest full-service providers of consumer and commercial banking, wealth management, mortgage, and insurance products and services. He most recently served as vice president and commercial relationship manager in Regions Corporate Bank Group, where he was responsible for marquee corporate relationships, developing treasury management solutions and negotiating terms and conditions for new and renewal credit facilities. Prior to that position, he served as Vice President of business services. Atkinson also served as a project coordinator for the Electrical Group of Eaton Corporation. Atkinson is a member of the Association of Financial Professionals and earned his certified treasury professional designation.

D. Gail Nixon
Vice President – Human Resources

Gail Nixon joined NN in 2007 and was appointed Vice President of Human Resources in 2014. She previously served as Corporate Human Resources Manager. Nixon is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management and World at Work, and has earned her Senior Professional in Human Resources designation. From 2000-2007, she held various accounting and human resources positions with a multi-state healthcare organization, ultimately serving as its corporate human resources director.

Christopher J. Qualters
Vice President – Chief Commercial Officer

Chris Qualters was appointed Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer in August 2015 after joining NN as part of the Autocam acquisition in 2014. Qualters most recently served as Vice President of Sales and Marketing for the Autocam Group. Prior to joining Autocam in 2008, he held several leadership positions in sales, marketing and product management at Robert Bosch. From 1990 until 2000, he held the position of sales engineer at The Torrington Company where he was responsible for anti-friction bearing solutions for the general industrial and automotive industries. Qualters holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Massachusetts, Lowell, and an MBA from the University of Michigan. Passionate about STEM education, he has been an active supporter of Grand Valley State University’s engineering school and the FIRST robotics program.

Scott M. Weinstein
Chief Information Officer

Scott Weinstein joined NN in 2014 as Chief Information Officer. Prior to joining NN, Weinstein was with Eaton Corporation for more than 30 years and most recently served as the global leader for warehouse management, shop floor and supply chain systems. Prior to that, he served as IT director for a $1.5 billion division of Eaton’s electrical business. Weinstein holds a bachelor’s degree from Duke University and a Master of Science degree in Management of Technology from the University of Miami. He is also a PMI-certified project management professional.
