Harold Bevis

Harold Bevis has been a member of the Board since May 2023 when he was named NN’s President and Chief Executive Officer. Prior to joining NN, Mr. Bevis served as the CEO, President, and Director of Commercial Vehicle Group, Inc., an 8,000-employee Tier 1 designer and provider of electrical and mechanical subsystems for electric vehicles (EVs) and internal combustion engine (ICE) vehicles. Mr. Bevis has also held senior positions at Booz Allen, GE, and Emerson Electric. He is a member of the National Association of Corporate Directors.

Mr. Bevis’ decades of global business and leadership experience enable him to provide valuable insight to the NN, Inc. Board of Directors. He has served on the boards of eight different companies: public, private, and non-profit. As such, he is an expert at board negotiations and transitions and can advise on SEC regulation requirements. He has led 15 merger & acquisition transactions, 11 start-ups, and three divestitures.

He has more than 20 years’ experience as a CEO at both publicly traded and privately held companies, including $1B+ dollar enterprises. His experience in strategic planning, mergers and acquisitions, and business transformation are especially critical given the changing manufacturing environment and the expansion of the electrification industry. As the sole member of management on the Board, Mr. Bevis provides a unique business perspective and the necessary link to the Company’s day-to-day operations.
